How do I publish a transport need?
Create a shipper account, complete your organization file and follow the verification process. Publication features depend on your organization’s status and your permissions.
How are organizations verified?
Organizations submit a file and supporting evidence. Reviewers may request additional information before a decision. Creating an account does not mean an organization is already verified.
Which countries are supported?
A regional network bringing together the six CEMAC countries and Angola. Angola is not a CEMAC member.
Can I track freight in real time?
Mission milestones are available within your permissions. Position sharing depends on GPS activation by the authorized driver, browser permissions and received positions. Continuous coverage is not guaranteed.
How are payments handled?
Payments are made outside the platform. LES NUAGES tracks declarations and supporting documents without processing payments. Approval of a document alone does not confirm receipt of funds.
Does proof of delivery close a mission?
Submitting a POD records proof of delivery. It does not automatically close the mission.
Can I edit a publication?
Available changes depend on publication status, your permissions and eligibility rules. Your workspace shows the actions you are allowed to take.
Who can create an account?
Public registration is available to shipper and transporter organizations in the six CEMAC countries. Drivers and supervision functions receive access based on assigned responsibilities.
Where can I find more help?
Signed-in authorized users can access support from their workspace. Sending a support request depends on service configuration.
